EUC Admin - Knowledge in trouble shooting hardware and windows operating system and embedded OS related issues,desktop applications and LAN for Desktops and Knowledge in installing, configuring andtrouble shooting printer, Android, IPhone,I pad etc. and related issues.
Knowledge in Shrink wrapped products like Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio,Adobe suite,
Dream weaver, Outlook.Knowledge on antivirus client software installations, patch and hotfix installations and trouble shooting.Infra Monitoring and Basic Administration - IT Infrastructure Health Monitoring usingenterprise tools and customized scripts and Handling basic administration based on Standard operating procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Engineer, you are responsible for providing support for troubleshooting requirements in the Engineering, Infrastructure service or Product/Package Implementation space.You are expected to apply know-how with minimal or broad supervision and be involved in implementation, integrated testing, debugging and documentation and may be required to work as on-call support
or in shifts.
