Trouble Chat analysis.
Troubleshoot issues as 1.5 support.
Reduce truck rolls.
Provide process adherence coaching.
Candidate shall adhere to the information security requirements.
Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.
Solid process orientation.
Keen eye to help improve the process.
Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing.
Good team player with analytical skills and high energy levels.
Basic MS Office Suite knowledge.
Strong Communication Skills.
Flexiblility in Working Shifts.
Basic Internet knowledge.
Basic Hardware knowledge.
