Job Description:
1) Order Execution & Issues handling & Providing visibility to customer about order status.
2) Daily dispatch planning.
3) SPOC for input files from customer.
4) Coordination with internal teams for order dispatches.
5) Interaction with Customers on order status.
6) Provide support to production & Warehouse on daily dispatches.
7) Priority management on orders.
8) MIS Updating.
9) Shop floor loading to make sure perso bureau is loaded.
Skills:
1) Good command on Ms Office.
2) Good communication skills.
