Job Description:
- Conducting First Level of Interviews, executing Joining Formalities of New Hires.
- Hands on job portals will be preferred.
- Assisting dept. in-charge in all the Quality System work like preparation of letters, reports, manuals, general data, filing and maintenance of all records.
- Assisting in Facility Management and Performing administrative and office support activities.
- Back office work for Admin & coordination with head office and other department.
- Assist and support staff in their day to day operations.
- Handle backend work such as documentation, verification, emailing.
- Vendor Management.
