Job Responsibilities:
- To monitor the effective implementation of the process, policies and control measures of the bank at BC location.
- Audit and compliance of the process and portfolio as per bank policy.
- Manage the quality of the portfolio through business correspondents and act on the suggestions of the risk team.
- Training the BC staff on the new process and bank policies.
- To conduct client satisfaction surveys and address the client grievances.
Skills:
- Positive attitude, result orientation, loving field work.
- To oversee the micro-banking operations in the designated territory.
- To act oversee the portfolio of the bank delivered through BC and act as custodian for the bank.
- To assess the clients and recommend for credit.
- To achieve the monthly assigned targets for the various products offered by bank through Business correspondent.
